Ok I know that goes against the grain. But its true! Their are many cases where a cleint or customer is dead wrong and needs to go. I can give you a list a mile long on idiot customers who take advantage of your business / employees or worst disrespect you the business owner. These clients / Customers need to leave and stop exhausting you and the staff. Now with that said it maybe that the client / customers needs to be retrained on how you do business. If thats the case then we need to focus on building our customer services skills in every single employee. My philosophy is “The customer is not always right, We just need to make them feel that they are” until they are violent or abusive then we smile and move on! Remember it all starts with the customer! There are who keep using business and a satisfied customer is crucial. Here are some simple tips on how to maximize your customer service:

1. Keep in mind the quality of customer service can
never surpass the quality of the people who provide
it. Keeping those who work for you happy will improve
the quality of service your customers experience.

2. Do for your customer as you would want to have done
to you. It’s an easy principle really, knowing that
your Employees take their cue from management. If you
the employer don’t set the services expected by
example, you are not going to find your employees
doing as you would like. Don’t just tell them how,
show them. Customers will notice it too.

3. Remember you regulars. Remember to acknowledge
those who make regular visits. They appreciate it when
you have an understanding of who they are. Their
regular attendance pays your wages. Treat them with
the respect they deserve, you will keep them happy and
returning again..

4. Make a good impression. When your regulars come in,
they will seek you out again and again. Your good
service makes them want to return for your service.
There’s a sense of trust and contentment knowing
you’ve been a good representative of the company to
them. Your smile and kind words will leave a lasting
impression, and impression that will ensure they
return..

5. Go the extra mile. Customers appreciate feeling
like VIP’s when they are being served. Giving then you
attention and any ‘special’ treatment will go a long
way on how they view the service they received. Ensure
you always thank the customer for their business and a
smile can go a long way.

6. Are your customers greeted when they walk in the
door or at least within 30-40 seconds upon entering?
Acknowledging your customer with a welcome and a
hello, accompanied by a smile will have a huge impact
on the rest of your service. If a customer feels
ignored they will leave and give their business to
another company.

7. Give customers the benefit of the doubt. The
customer is always right attitude goes a long way.
Even when you believe they are mistaken, give them the
courteously of listening go their complaint. Then do
what you can to resolve their concerns.

8. If a customer is looking for something specific, it
goes a long way if you can go out of your way to
ensure you can provide their request. For instance a
customer really wants an outfit you have in the store,
but their size is sold out. Making efforts to bring in
that item will really impress your customer. This will
in turn bring about repeat sales.

9. Training staff on the proper customer handling
procedures so all are on the same page will add an
overall good impression of the customer service you
have in your store.

10. Talk to your customer, if you know a few things
about them, you may be able to suggest items they
could use in addition to the products they are
considering. Don’t be pushy, just suggestive. Keep in
mind that the big money isn’t as much in winning
customers as it is in keeping your customers.

"Its your job as a business owner to educate you customers on customer service and what good customer service is and all about what you do".

www.gizoom.com – The customer is always right. Do you believe that? Well, I will be on of the few consultants that will tell you that line is a bunch of bull. Now we can sit down and debate this until we are both blue in the face. Let me explain my position. Its your job as a business owner to educate you customers on customer service and what good customer service is and all about what you do. By the way that’s much easier said then done. So people throw their hands in the air and say ” Well the customer is always right” We tend to give in because we didn’t do our job in the first place. With that said I want to help you teach your employees all about Customer Relationship Management, CRM – One of the best strategies a company can have is putting new employees through a Customer Relations Management training session before they begin their jobs.

Human Resources can make this happen and this will ensure the employees begin their positions the way they should.

Human resources are the department that should be responsible for ensuring a Customer Relationship Management module is in place and working properly. They should work closely with management and employeesto ensure everyone knows their role as an employee and that they have a clear understanding of their job responsibilities. Human Resources can help an employee understand how their position ties in with the entire company and how they are important.

All employees entering into the company should immediately go through a CRM training program. This
will give the employees a clear understanding of the company’s goals and where they want to be headed.

An employee can also understand how their particular position is important for the company to meet the
desired goals and why the company needs them. It is important to instill a sense of importance into the
employee from the get go so they begin their new position with a sense of being needed.

When you don’t instill these things in an employee immediately, they may think they are just collecting a

check and have a bad attitude. Human Resources should work closely with the management and all of the employees in a company to ensure everyone is working toward the company goals and they believe in them.

New employees should immediately be placed in a Customer Relationship Management solution to empower
the employee and give them an understanding of their importance. I know what your saying.. But Paul we are a small company we don’t have a HR department. Then we need to talk! I hope this info has been helpful to you! With that I would like to offer you a FREE no hassle consultation ($225 Value) this will give us a chance to discuss this info as well as assess the strengths of your business. Then we can find out your company’s strengths and opportunities for improvement in the areas of time management, team building, finance, and structures/systems.

Procrastination is the killer of dreams! Call today! I can’t wait to sit down with you in person and discuss the future of your business! –Paul Conant

www.Gizoom.com – Local Search engine marketing company explains how web crawlers work by visiting search engines that finally bring your website to the notice of the prospective customers. First it’s better to know how search engines actually work and how they present information to the customer initiating a search.

There are basically two types of search engines. The first is by robots called crawlers or spiders.

Search Engines use spiders to index websites. When you submit your website pages to a search engine by completing their required submission page, the search engine spider will index your entire site. A ‘spider’ is an automated program that is run by the search engine system. Spider visits a web site, read the content on the actual site, the site’s Meta tags and also follow the links that the site connects. The spider then returns all that information back to a central depository, where the data is indexed. It will visit each link you have on your website and index those sites as well. Some spiders will only index a certain number of pages on your site, so don’t create a site with 500 pages!

The spider will periodically return to the sites to check for any information that has changed. The frequency with which this happens is determined by the moderators of the search engine.

A spider is almost like a book where it contains the table of contents, the actual content and the links and references for all the websites it finds during its search, and it may index up to a million pages a day.

Example: Excite, Lycos, AltaVista and Google.

When you ask a search engine to locate information, it is actually searching through the index which it has created and not actually searching the Web. Different search engines produce different rankings because not every search engine uses the same algorithm to search through the indices.

One of the things that a search engine algorithm scans for is the frequency and location of keywords on a web page, but it can also detect artificial keyword stuffing or spamdexing. Then the algorithms analyze the way that pages link to other pages in the Web. By checking how pages link to each other, an engine can both determine what a page is about, if the keywords of the linked pages are similar to the keywords on the original page. Are you looking to increase your traffic to your website?

Brilliant Business Ideas for Entrepreneurs

www.gizoom.com – If you are like me starting and running your own buisness is in your blood! Forget working for someone and making them rich! I would rather work for myself 24 hours a day and be poor then be misrable working 8 hours a day for others! Well then its going to take a lot of thinking and planning. Finding an excellent business idea can be a daunting task – what with the different options of business ideas you can choose from. In this article, we will explore the process of finding the right business idea to start on as well as offer some of the hottest and most popular business ideas. A successful business does take a great idea to begin with. However, this is not necessarily the case all the time. An original business idea can either go up or down. Since it is unproven and untested yet, such an idea doesn’t usually come with an established market.

Starting a Business

The first step to starting your own business is to find a brilliant business idea that will make money. To find that excellent business idea, you should think creatively, even out of the box, so to speak. You can start by asking yourself what interests you. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about your business idea. That’s why as much as possible, your business endeavor must really be in your field of interest. You can find business ideas by from your friends and family members. You can also do some research in the internet to find the hottest business ideas today. Another great way to think up a new business idea is to observe the latest trends.

Which business idea should you pursue?

There are virtually no limits as to the choices of business ideas for entrepreneurs. There are literally thousands of options. From pizza parlors to freelance writing, from services to products, you can definitely find a business idea perfect for an entrepreneur like you. However, which among these thousands of options are you going to stick with? As mentioned above, you should be enthusiastic and passionate about. There is an adage in entrepreneurship that goes like this: “Do what you love the money will follow.” However, this formula does not guarantee instant success. Many entrepreneurs have pursued business ideas that are in line with their interests with varying degrees of success and failure.

Some Inexpensive Business Ideas for a new Entrepreneur

Let’s assume that you are just about to start your own business – a new entrepreneur so to speak. Whether you are a homemaker looking for ways to earn extra income or an unemployed trying to start a business from scratch, there are several opportunities and ideas you can tap to start a business without spending too much capital. The following business ideas will not guarantee instant riches within months but they have the possibility to grow into full-time businesses in due time.

Be a web entrepreneur – the internet offers vast potentials for earning money. From freelance work to AdSense, there is simply an abundance of business ideas you can choose from. You can start by setting up your own website, no need to have technical know-how about web design, just make sure that the site looks good and it provides excellent content. Then, sign up for an affiliate program – this is where you will earn. Then, learn as much as you can about search engine marketing and promote your website. Regularly update your site with new content and just wait for the revenues to come in. It may not be much at first but over time, affiliate programs can help you earn a decent income – and you didn’t spend too much except your time and your knowledge.

Be an eBay Businessman – This is the online version of the garage sale, if you have some things you don’t really need, you can actually earn some money by putting those up for auction at eBay. Just make sure you stick to products that you know about. You can also start making your own products such as candles, art jewelry, and many more. You can sell these on eBay or any other internet mall site.

Try Multi-Level Marketing – Do you have the ability to persuade people to avail of products and services you offer? Do you have a wide network of friends and contacts? Do you have enough time on your hands to move around talking to people? Then you probably have a future in the world of Multi-level Marketing or MLM. This is one of the fastest growing businesses today and you can have it based right in the comfort of your own home.

These are just a few of the huge array of business opportunities you can choose from. Widen your horizons and look for more possible businesses ideas. Dig up magazines, journals, and other publications that might provide additional business ideas for entrepreneurs. Do your research on what the latest trends are. Who knows, you may find the right business idea for a new entrepreneur and strike gold. The end result is get out there and start your own company! Start small then grow it! You can do it!
